trying to import some hands I have on ongame with no success get the following error message

also the conversion of my HM database only got like 40,000 hands instead of a probably around millionhands I have there...any idea why this is happening

We've had some OnGame conversion errors reported to us - could you attach the hand history file in question to a support ticket for us? That will help considerably in figuring out where to start our investigation.

just send you a ticket with some file please let me know what is the problem as I cant use PT4 so... I played yesteray and during play hands were importing fine but I dont seem to be able to get in archived hands and observed hands from previous months years... thanks
