Conversion from PT3 DB to PT4 couldn't handle EUR or GBP han

In "Setup Assistant" I got many traces like:

ERROR: iPoker Unable to import hand. Reason: Invalid limit (ˆ0.10 NL (6 max)) for hand #2940370945

Apparently, it has something to do with these hands played in EURO or GBP currency.

Couldn't attach original hand history file from iPoker which contains this hand. Note, please, that PT3 was able to successfully import these hands, and store them in its DB.
The error in PT4 occurs when converting PT3 database, not when importing hand history files.

Thanks - I thought that issues with conversion of non-USD hands had been sorted out, but I'll check.

Do you still have the original hand history files? These will be in the PokerTracker 3\Processed folder by default and you should be able to import those directly in to PT4 if you still have them.

Euro and GBP hands convert from PT3 fine for me. If you haven't restarted PT4 since you did the conversion please attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate.
What language is Windows installed in? There could be problems with PT3 on some non-European systems. Importing the original hands directly into PT4 should work, though.

My Windows-7 is in Russian, so yes, it can be because of some encoding issues with symbols like £ (GBP). I will try to import those hands directly into PT4 and report if it succeeded.
