Play money as Real money + Popup problem

Hi,

I'm not sure if it's a bug or not, but PT4 is counting my playmoney winnings (P10, P2, etc..) as both "My C Won" and money "Won". Is there a way to delete these hands? I'd rather not create a filter only for this. If not, how do I filter these playmoney hands?

I'm also having a popup related problem, none of the stats I've put in the popup are showing (blank spaces). Everything else is showing fine (text, colors, background, horizontal lines. etc). Should I attach an image with the popup as seen on the table?

You can purge those hands.

Play money hands should be shown as P10, etc, but should be shown as zero for "My Currency".
If you're seeing play money hands reported as real money under My Currency please attach an example hand history file to a Support Ticket so that we can check it out.

I've already purged those play money hands, I will play some more play money hands and see if the problem persists. In the meanwhile, could you tell me why my popup is showing blank statistics?

Are these default statistics? If you leave that popup open, do they populate in a second or two?

These are customs statistics that never populate, even the default "player name" statistic doesn't populate.

Could you please attach your PokerTracker4.log file to a support ticket for us as well as a zipped up exported version of this popup group? That will help us figure out in more detail exactly where this problem is for you.
