when will u fix the rule-adding for MTTs and activate the note tracker for mtts?

The rules will work so long as you don't use {cardrange} at the moment.

I just ask because I wanna complete my understanding of that tool.

Yes - you can make notes that tell you if someone has ever done something. For example, you might want a note in an MTT of something like:
Open Shoves with Junk and 20BB+

That could be great to know regardless of what specific junk he shows - if he's open shoving K3o when deep in an MTT that's something noteworthy.

A postflop example might be:

Folded to a cbet with SPR < 1/2

Anybody who calls so much of his stack preflop and then folds on the flop with so little money left is doing something you want to remember. Here we don't know his cards - but his actions are so noteworthy you don't care how often he's done this, simply that he has done it ever tells you a considerable amount about him.

At first I thought "hmm junk is range too" then I looked into PT4 and saq that u can filter Ranges /wo using {range} as text. n1
