Last hand out not picked

It happens that the last hand played is not been picked up.

What site is this for? Did you remain seated at the table until the hand finished?

pokerstars.
we were last three on a max 1000 players. I don't recall if I stayed on the table, but the hand was in my hands history file. and picked up today, when I started PT again.

If you see this again please attach your PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket along with the hand history file for the tournament.
