HUD bug.

Today I discovered some weird HUD bug.

I've been using a HUD where I've selected a certain group to be shown for 'Everyone But Hero'. Been using it for several days without problems until I added a second group today. This second group is set to show 'Live Amt BB' and 'M' for 'Hero Only'.

Here's the problem. The moment I click 'Apply' or 'OK' everything seems to work fine. The new HUD pops up, showing my HUD correctly (the first group for all villains and the second group for Hero). Then as soon as one hand finishes the trouble starts. Suddenly Hero gets a HUD as shown in the attachment. It actually is the HUD that's set to 'Everyone But Hero' except there's no stats in it. A bigger problem is the fact that the HUD which should be showing the 'Live Amt BB' and 'M' for 'Hero Only' is showing these stats for a random person at the table. The location doesn't change, it just picks a random person to show these stats for.

I believe this is a known issue due to the note editor icon - if you remove it, does this behavior cease?

Just tested it and it's both a yes and no.

Removing the note editor DOES resolve the issue with the empty HUD-label popping up for Hero, however it DOESN'T resolve the issue where the group set to 'Hero Only' is showing the selected stats for a random person. After looking a bit better into it I noticed that the person it shows these stats for is shifting one person counterclockwise per hand.

So hand 1 it's showing the stats for Hero, hand 2 it's showing the stats for the person to my right, hand 3 two places to the right, etc. As mentioned before the HUD-label showing these stats doesn't move. It's right underneath Hero's seat showing the stats for a different player every hand, which makes it very confusing.

In case it might be site related: This issue occurs at PokerStars. Both STT and MTT SnG's.

I think the Hero issue is a known one but I'll check to be certain.

Edit to add: Are you using a popup linked to an individual stat? If so then yes this is a known issue.

No, just 'Live Amt BB' and 'M' for 'Hero Only'. Not a single popup assigned to them.

In that case this is not a known issue. Could you please attach some screenshots and an export of the profile to a support ticket for us? That will help us figure out what exactly about your profile is causing this behavior so that we can get it fixed permanently.

Actually turns out that the shifting of stats isn't counterclockwise. It just seems random.

Same here, happens randomly on stars, party and ongame(only ones i play at). Just finished my session but could send in the same info tomorrow and refer to this thread?

Please do send the info, but please also describe exactly what you're seeing - this thread is a few versions old now so the actual issue may well have changed.
