How to use Show Stats graph?

1) How can I use this graph productively? I am trying to get any kind of a useful result with this graph and no matter what I do I get some weird/unusable results.
2) Main stats seem to be missing (I believe its because we see Hand and not Player stats). Isnt this a graph to use if you want to see VPIP/time for example?
3) I find the secondary y axis to the right very unintuitive.. Theres a couple of things to improve readability:
-colored axis
-guide lines going from the axis to graph (colored)
-Stat axis shown on the left side of the graph instead of being next to primary on the right (I feel this one would help the most)
4) I think Show Stats on graph is one of those hidden gems in PT4 that not many even know it exists. It would help tremendously if there was "Show Stat" pulldown menu under "Graph For" and "Winnings in" menus, with some most popular/useful stats already populated in there (together with appropriate settings for it).

I think that Show Stats in the graph still has some work to be done on it - the development team are aware of the limitations although I don't have a timescale for changes yet.

You can change whether the y-axis is shown on the "Right", "Left" or "Both" by editing the PokerTracker.cfg file. From the PT4 File menu choose Show Data Folder and go to the Config folder. Close PT4 down and edit PokerTracker.cfg in Notepad (or any plain text editor).
Search for "graph". I don't think it is there by default so if it isn't found go to the end of the file and add this:

[Graphs]
YAxis=Left

..or YAxis=Both.

Just gonna repeat what's already been said but I made a thread and deleted it after I found this one. Hopefully they can get it working as well as it was in PT3. Here's what was in my other post before I read yours:

In PT3 it was easy for me to graph what my pfr and c-bet vs 1 player (custom stat) was. When I try to graph pfr in PT4 nothing happens, and when I graph other things all it does is show the stat going up at a 45 degree angle. It also doesn't have any stat like I think PT3 had.

There is definitely more to come here. This is one of the areas that we didn't think was worth holding up the beta for, but it isn't finished yet.
