Well, i have a problem with the currency. I've set the currency on EUR, because i'm french and i play on .fr, and for example when i play a SNG at 1 euro without fee on everest.fr all is good during the game. But when it's finish i edit the result to put the buy-in at 1, and then the buy-in appear in 1$, so with the rate (if i lose for example), the amount win appear on - 0.77 euro. But it's false it would be -1. I don't understand why ?

Why the buy-in appear on 1$ in place to 1euro after the edit ?

I've just verified my HH and amounts are in $, strange no ?

If the amounts are in $ in the hand history then that is what PT4 will use as the Game Currency, so any numbers that you enter will be $ amounts.
If the buy-in is in Euros but labelled in Dollars in the hand history file you'll need to contact your site about that.
If the buy-in is $1 and you have "My Currency" set to Euros it will display the amount you lost as €0.77. You can see the amount of game currency you lost too, using the "Game Currency" stats.

If you mean that the hand histories are in € but PT4 interprets that incorrectly (either at import or when you update the buy-in) please attach an example to a Support Ticket and post the ticket number here.

Yes excuse me for my english if you don't understand all what i say, but the problem is that : the buy-in is in Euros but labelled in Dollars in the hand history file and then the result of the sng is no good. Well i'm going to contact the room then. Thanks.

Please attach a hand history file to a support ticket so we can update how we detect the currency for Everest.

I've contact the support room everest and they tell me that's impossible to do something for that for this moment, but they examin my request for future.

My solution for instance is to put "my currency" in $ and all is ok for Everest, but can we change the currency by room ?

You can't change currency per room, but this is a discrepancy in the hand history files - we may be able to do something about that specifically if it is consistent, but global Everest hands are in US Dollars so it won't be able to be a global change.
