do we need to create mtt notes ?? or the cash note can work for mtt !!!!

Tournament rules are separate from cash. I think defaults are being developed but we didn't want to hold up the beta for them, so for now you will need to add them yourself.

It does not work for mtt, is never stored as "active"

I'm not sure what you mean? There aren't any tournament NoteTracker rules built-in - did you add some?

I make a note to mtt, pulse "active", then "save".
In the upper window does not appear active.

Thanks - I see that too and I have reported it to the development team.

This problem only occurs when adding {cardrange}. If you avoid that for now you should be able to enable your notes.
