Need custom stat: Won in USD

I never really got into all custom stat thing in PT3 so I know I am missing out alot already. How would one go to make a stat to use in reports called "Won in USD". It should show amount won in hand/session/date/etc in USD currency. Also total at the end should be in USD currency.

If you set your currency in the Database --> Currency window to USD, then the My Currency Won stat will show all results in USD.

I want to use My currency in EUR since you added it with this reason. But the Game currency also defaults to € when it comes to total, even tho I play exclusively USD tables (888 poker doesnt even offer anything else but USD). Could I replace the Game currency with a custom stat to achieve this?

The easiest thing to do will be to select the "Game Currency Won" stat and duplicate it.
In the copy go to the Definition tab and update the Name, Description, etc.
Change the "Summary Type" to "Money" and the summary will be shown as the pure numeric total, with a $ sign.
If you want to force all results to be displayed this way (by this stat) you can change the "Format Expression" to "Money" as well, and then every session (and anywhere else you use the stat) will be displayed with the $ sign.

Click OK and you can now add your new stat to any report by right clicking and choosing Configure Report.

OK ty. I think this is exactly what I wanted, but I do have 1 small problem. It's not showing up when I go to configure report. I tried restarting PT4 but that didnt help.

I should have mentioned - make sure you select the correct cash/tournament section and choose "Player" rather than Hand. I just did this and I can see the stat in reports.
If you made it in the correct section, do you still see your new stat if you reopen the stat editor?

It was Hand/Player section issue, now it works. How can I force correct coloring (green,red), now it's just black in the total section.

edit: nvm I feel stupid, looks like I just had to check the Color checkbox :D

Tick the "Color" option next to the Format Type and/or Summary Type. :)
