Does anyone know how to get this working with BetOnline now? I have the Chico hand converter, but I've changed hardware, and I can no longer contact them via email. Additionally, all of their YouTube videos are currently unavailable.

I don't know the issue you are having with email but there are two other contact methods listed for Advanced Poker Tools here.
