Since the Pokerking update the HUD doesn't work
Posted: Wed Jun 04, 2025 12:51 pmToday, June 4, 2025, the Pokerking software was updated. Since then, the HUD has not been working.
Are hand history files still being created by your poker site and are they being imported into PokerTracker 4? Are things still configured correctly? PokerKing is a member of the Winning Poker Network and we receive alot of similar reports when these sites update. With PokerTracker 4 not running please run the PokerKing installer again and that might get things working depending on the issue. Sometimes during their updates WPN sites will remove the hand history folder and fail to write your hand histories. Reinstalling will fix that. If it still doesn't work after that please check that hand history files are still being saved as you play and that you have the correct hand history folder configured in PokerTracker 4:

otherwise turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue by playing a few hands on a table, take a screenshot and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your screenshot & support bundle to a Support Ticket.
