Fold to PF Squeeze

How is Fold to PF squeeze calculated exactly?

Is it the aggregate between the % the preflop aggressor folds to squeeze + the % the preflop caller folds as well?

Is there any easy way to separate the difference in fold to squeeze % as PFA vs fold to squeeze % as the preflop caller?

As a caller whether a hand counts towards 'Fold to PF Squeeze' will depend on whether previous players have folded or called vs the squeeze:
Fold to PF Squeeze wrote:Percentage of the time that a player folds when defending against a squeeze raise. A player is considered to be defending against a squeeze raise if either: (a) he made the initial raise which was called at least once and he is then facing a 3Bet or (b) he called the initial raise, and everyone before him has folded to the squeeze raise.

In 'Configure -> Statistics' you can use the 'Search' function in the Statistics window and when a statistic is selected you can view a description and formula for it on the 'Details' tab.

There is a 'Squeeze responses' custom statistic package available in the Download Warehouse.

Thanks, those custom stats were exactly what I wanted. When I ran a report one of the stats was an orange colour which I'd never seen before. What does that mean?

That statistic has color conditions set. If you select the statistic in 'Configure -> Statistics' and go to the 'Colors' tab you can delete the color conditions:
