Hi. The financial totals in the reports are incorrect. Buy-ins and prizes are missing. Although I always upload the final stories. How can this be fixed?

In cases where detailed tournament information isn't included in the files provided by your poker site then you will need to manually edit your results in PokerTracker 4. If that information is included in your files or you are not sure then you can attach your examples to a Support Ticket and we can take a look at that for you.

Did you download and import the tournament summaries from PokerCraft in addition to the hand histories? For tournaments there is another download option in PokerCraft for tournament summaries and those are used to track winnings so they need to be downloaded and imported as well. If you did download and import all the necessary files then please zip/compress your sample of downloaded hands and tournament summaries and attach that file to a Support Ticket with information detailing the issue. Thank you.
