PS hands not importing

Hello,
PS is not importing hands properly. It starts importing, and then stops.Any suggestions?

What are your settings in PokerStars and PokerTracker 4? If PokerStars is not setup correctly then only a limited number of hands will import into PokerTracker 4 so please check your configuration:

Thank you for promptly replying, issue is solved, for some reason the 'save hand history' box was not checked any longer.
