iPoker Issues when Villain uses Cash-Out feature

Currently using PT4 v4.18.5 playing B365 on iPoker skin, experiencing issues with incorrect reporting when Villain uses the Cash-Out feature when all in. I have included in the spoiler tags two hand histories from hands that I have won, that PT4 has reported as being won by my opponent, and attached files showing how these hands have been reported in my PT4 client. I do have more similar hands in my DB that I thought I had tagged but I can sift through my DB to find more examples if required.
Could anyone advise how to resolve, and if there is a way to manually adjust hand results if there is no fix available please? (Please also ignore all terrible poker decisions I have made in the attached HH)
