Good morning people, how are you dear community? I'm new and I'm here with a question, I want to buy pokertracker4, I'm using the 14-day trial version, and I want to know if I can fix some things before paying for the license.

1) First of all, the hud takes a while to load the hands played at the tables, so I have to reset the hud so it loads faster and when it loads, it seems like 20 hands have already passed that it didn't read.

2) it loads hands between 10 and 12 seconds each hand, I come from hm3 where the loads were instantaneous

3) apparently it loads all the hands of a table, and then it loads the hands of another table, that is, I am playing in stars 4 tables, it loads first 20 hands of the table (tolengue) and then 16 hands of the table (cachilo)

4) I finished my session at 11:23 am and I finished loading all the hands at 11:44.

Are these problems that can be corrected? Is it something common for you? I wonder because as I said previously in point 2, I come from hm3 and everything was instantaneous, thanks guys.

If your database isn't that large go to 'Database -> Database Management'. Click the 'Housekeeping' button and run the following in this order:

1. Tune PostgreSQL (if this step fails you can safely skip to step #2)
2. Reindex
3. Cluster
4. Vacuum/Analyze

When that's done rebuild your database cache via 'Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild'. If that doesn't change anything please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue with the slow import and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs and advise you accordingly.
