How do I filter out hands where any player went all in preflop?

I tried (NOT) raised all in preflop, but that is only affecting hero.

I want to see hands where it's hero seeing the flop against someone in a non all in pot.

If you filter for taking any flop action (Actions & Opportunities -> Flop -> Flop Action Sequence -> First Flop Action -> Any Action) then you and at least one of your opponents wouldn't have been all-in preflop.

It seems the Any Action also only includes hero. I want to find hands that weren't all in preflop, and weren't all in on the flop, but that also include hands where it's not us. Do you know a way to do that?

Those filters are specific to the active player but if you create a custom report in 'My Reports' you can filter on all players. If, for example, you are looking at individual hands you can create a 'Hand Report', click the 'Filters' link, select 'Add New Expression Filters' and turn off the 'Filter on Active Player' option to filter/show the hands from every player's point of view. If you also add a filter for NOT(Player is Hero) you'll see the data from villains perpsective only:

The Filter on Active player seems to work thanks. The NOT Hero doesn't seem to work though when combined with something like Any Turn Action.

How exactly is this not working for you? Can you please provide some more specific details. Thank you.
