Ipoker issue - hud doesn't load or have wrong seats on 7-max

Hello,

I have two issues on ipoker with PT4.
1: Sometimes the HUD doesn't load at all, but the hands are still being logged in the database.
2: On 7-max tables the HUD is always one seat away from the correct player if that makes sense. Say I'm on BTN, the HUD shows me on CO.

I tried messing with the site configs but nothing seems to work.
Can you guys help me, please?

Also, my hands are uploaded with wrong timezone, didn't find a way to fix that aswell.

If you are not using the latest version of PokerTracker 4 please update it:

Download PokerTracker 4

otherwise turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue, take a screenshot of your table(s) and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle and screenshot to a Support Ticket where a technician can follow up with you.

Have you tried manually moving the HUD to the correct seats and saving the layout?

iPoker hand histories do not specify what timezone is being used so you should set the time in the iPoker lobby to server time and not your local time. Then in PokerTracker 4 go to 'Configure > Sites & Import Options > iPoker' and select the skin you play at, or if it isn't listed you can choose one which uses the same server timezone as your skin.
