Uncover a player's cards in replayer (not Hero)

I am trying to review High stakes hand histories that I have been sent. I am trying to analyze the play of a specific player and would like to see their hole cards when they are known, so that I can think along.
The player in question is not the Hero in the hands and I want to avoid seeing his Villains' hands for this process.
Is there a way I can either force PT4 to treat the player in question as the Hero even though his hole cards were only revealed during Showdown?
Or is there maybe another way to achieve what I am trying to do here?

The 'Hero' in the hand is determined on import based on the player with known hole cards when the hand is dealt and that isn't something that can be changed to have the replayer treat another player as the 'Hero'.
