Unk error while downloading hands from Ignition

Downloaded some recent hands, and after the files get imported to pt4, but before the process completes I get an error pop up titled "select year", talking about Tribeca hand histories.... Never seen this before.

i ended up clikcing the box for "use the file date instead of year selector" and it seems to have completed (hopefully correctly).
any idea where this error stems from?

This is the screen after the download appears to have completed. I have no idea what the Tribeca whatever is. Any ideas?

This isn't a known issue as far as I am aware so can you please attach this hand history sample to a Support Ticket so we can investigate that. Thank you.
