Postgresql problem

It works maybe 1-2 times then restarted.

If you're using any security software please follow the instructions given in the Security Software Configuration Guide to see if that helps. If it doesn't please attach your five latest PostgreSQL log files available in your "C:/Program Files/PostgreSQL/x/data/pg_log" folder to a Support Ticket along with your support bundle:
