3bet/4bet cold

In the Statistics>Facing Pre-flop action report. why is PT4 counting being in the BB as a 3bet or 4bet cold even when folding?

That's the action faced by the player when they made their first preflop decision - the 3bet or 4bet was made before the action got to them.
