missing months of handhistory

Good morning
When I don't use PT4 for a while (1 month+) it doesn't find the PMU (partypoker) handhistory, so I miss months of the year.
The problem is only for PMU

Hello, please make sure you have the correct PMU screen name selected in the Players dropdown menu at the top of the menu on the left-hand side. Also make sure that you don't have any filters selected, if you see the Clear All Filter Above link, click it, and all filters will be removed.

I did what you asked me, everything is ok.
I requested the handhistory from PMU and I reloaded everything, now it's ok.
I think the problem did not come from pt4
