PT4 Stopped Working - Hangs when I Close the APP

Hey, Team -

Yesterday evening, PT4 Hang when I attempted to shut down my laptop, forcing me to kill the Windows 11 process to shut it down. After reboot, when I initially started play again in ACR, the HUD displayed the wrong usernames and the Hands Played statistics. I exited ACR and endtered the site again to play, and now no statistics show.

What I noticed is that when I start PT4 and Select Get Hands while Playing and then try to close the program, it just hangs.

So we can investigate that and follow up with you please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this freeze and then grab your log file and attach that to a Support Ticket:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log

To access the log file open File Explorer in Windows and enter the following in the address bar:

%localappdata%\PokerTracker 4\Logs

The file we need will be the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder. One thing to note is that every time you close/restart PokerTracker 4 it will begin a new log so you'll want to save/send that PokerTracker4.log file before restarting PokerTracker 4 again. In the meantime you can try reverting to PokerTracker v4.18.3 here if that was the version you updated from. Alternatively you could try creating a new temporary database.
