GG poker import hand

Hi i can't see my ggpoker tournament hand to review.
i import the hands from disk but on stats the tournament does not appear, and the hand was imported correctly on views import status.

Have you selected the correct player in PokerTracker 4? Your name in GGPoker hand histories is 'Hero' regardless of your actual name on the site:

If you have selected the correct player then make sure you have no filters active that would prevent the data from appearing otherwise please attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window either here or privately in a Support Ticket.
