wpn ( marking hands during blitz )

Hello, i play blitz with trial version.
Only on 1st my session pressing pt4 icon on top of the table brough short list of last 7-8 hands which i could click and mark as "for review" or rest marking labels
starting from 2nd session that list dose not show proper hands
on 3rd attempt it started to show only random hands which i even didn`t play any past 5-10 min ( just random folds )

what to do to mark hands during playing blitz?

This list displays the most recent hands that were imported. While on regular tables this will always be the last hand Hero played this doesn't apply on fast fold tables where hands that you fast folded can be completed some time later by the players that were still playing those hands. For fast fold tables you may find it easier to mark the hands (right-click -> Tag Selected Hand) via the 'Play Poker -> View Today's Hands -> My Hands' report. If you are not seeing the hands you want to mark in the report either then it's possible there may be a configuration/database issue that's interfering with the import process and in that case we would need to review your support bundle via a Support Ticket:

Flag_Hippo, thank you for attention

it`s 100% problem with database, hands importing very slow, everything barely working

most likely that`s happened because i have experimented with different trackers, each installed own additional software and now it`s a big mess

i wish to delete everything about database and trackers, all of them, include postgre sql and reinstall only PT4, buy license version and use it

can you please help me with that? i know that you need to know things to make it properly and i am weak PC user

i don`t think pure conversation with support will solve that problem, is any chance you can fix it, Flag_Hippo? :roll:

If you are using an older version of PostgreSQL I would recommend following the guide below and updating to PostgreSQL v16 (do not update to PostgreSQL v17 as that isn't supported):
