Ipoker (Champion Poker) import errors

I've noticed lately that reports in PT4 show different results than muy poker room cashier. During the last weeks I started to track on an Excel sheet the exact values and found that most days there is a relevant difference (+-50% sometimes). 
Also, when I check the import status details while the process is running, in game, I noticed that some lines appear in read with an error message. Here are some examples:

07:05:35 pm: Error: iPoker: Warning: Invalid rake in hand #11024564641 (pot: €21.40, rake: €23.40)
07:31:27 pm: Error: iPoker: Warning: Invalid rake in hand #11024609665 (pot: €23.59, rake: €26.06)
07:44:10 pm: Error: iPoker: Warning: Invalid rake in hand #11024629208 (pot: €45.64, rake: €48.63)
07:46:11 pm: Error: iPoker: Warning: Invalid rake in hand #11024631038 (pot: €48.88, rake: €51.87)
09:58:07 pm: Error: iPoker: Warning: Invalid rake in hand #11024781985 (pot: €48.50, rake: €51.50)
09:58:12 pm: Error: iPoker: Warning: Invalid rake in hand #11024781831 (pot: €0.00, rake: €51.09)

I suspect that it could be with "run it twice" hands, but not sure. Is this a known issue? If so, is there any workaround? It's quite annoying that PT4 results can't be reliable.

There is a known issue with Run-it-twice hands and this should be addressed with the next PokerTracker 4 update and if you open a Support Ticket we can let you know when that's available at which point you can import those missing hands into your database. Also if there are any hands where cashout has been used by any player then those hands will only import into PokerTracker v4.18.3 if they include the rake information which hasn't been added everywhere on iPoker sites yet. It should be available in iPoker downloaded hand histories and become available at some point in real-time hands as well although I don't know when each individual iPoker skin will get that update.
