Ipoker (bet365) HH failing to import

Postby ShellysAshes » Fri Oct 11, 2024 1:58 pm

Hi, I'm aware there's always been a historical issues with certain hands on b365 failing to generate HH file. I think I even asked you guys about it at some point, and was told it was a client error and out of your hands.

However, after a time away from the site I've come back and noticed the problem has magnified tenfold. I've spoken to other regs and one suggested rollback to a previous PT4 version, which I attempted and it hasn't helped.

Another has suggested it could be a postgresql issue and maybe I need to update that; although I'm hesitant to attempt this without running it by you guys first.

Any suggestions would be welcome as it seems quite a meaningful amount of HHs are failing to import.

FWIW I've attempted requesting HHs from b365 as you can get the last 30 days.

All of the hands recently failing to import were available to view in the client replayer, so I'm assuming a HH file has been generated.

But my attempt to import those HHs just gives me errors only, whereas I was hoping for mostly duplicates + some import.

Is there a way to make b365 requested HHs importable into PT4?

Hello,

There are currently two problems with iPoker hand histories:
1. Cashout hands don't import. This is due to a lack of rake in their HH files. They have now added this information to the hand history files which you can download from the poker client, but not yet for the hands that are generated during live play.
2. There's been a regression with some run-it-twice hands that now don't import. This will be fixed in the next release.

However, this shouldn't affect most hands, so it's very likely you are experiencing another issue. Please open a Support Ticket and paste the link to this forum thread. Create a Support Bundle: first enable logging (File > Options > Enable Logging), restart if necessary, then import some of the hands which are causing problems. After import completes, go to File > Create Support Bundle, and save it. Attach both the support bundle and the hand history files to the support ticket, and a technician will get back to you.
