I keep reading on the forum questions like," my tracker is slow", "not all huds open together", or "that the huds are stuck and won't move". Honestly this program costs $100 and I feel like it's not worth it. How is it possible for a high stat program that serves players who play with real money, to be so inefficient and so outdated in terms of service? Forum in 2024? For God's sake. I've followed the instructions from previous posts but no matter what I do, I'll either play without hud at most banks, or it will be stuck. It only really pays off when I play a tournament alone. This program is the enemy of multitabling. Please give me a single answer without putting me on the spot for no reason. What exactly do I have to do to have the hud available and in the right time on all my tables? Opening them one by one after first opening the hud I do, but again the effect remains the same.

Unfortunately there isn't a single thing I can suggest that will resolve the issue you are describing here. There are many different types of setups, poker sites and gametypes so in a case like this one of our technicians would need to review your log files to see what's going on here and advise you on the next steps. To do that start by turning on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restarting PokerTracker 4. Next once the issue you have described has occured on the table(s) you are playing then in PokerTracker 4 select the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4 and save the support bundle file somewhere where you can easily locate it. If possible please take a screenshot of your poker table(s) and then attach that along with your support bundle to a Support Ticket where one of your technicians can follow up with you. Thank you.

I've been using it for a couple years and it is amazing, occasional hiccup, but all software does. PT4 is a great product!
