Hello,
I am currently trying to connect PokerTracker 4 to a PostgreSQL database (version 16) hosted on Google Cloud Platform, but I keep encountering an error that prevents me from establishing a connection.
The following error message appears:
>Unable to connect to PostgreSQL database: pokertracker4. Reason: This server is not responding to connection attempts. Please restart the PostgreSQL service, then PokerTracker and try again.
What I have tried so far:
1. Allowed all IP addresses (0.0.0.0/0) in the Cloud SQL firewall settings.
2. Enabled public IP connectivity for the PostgreSQL instance.
3. Confirmed network connectivity from my local machine to the Cloud SQL instance (Test-NetConnection succeeded).
4. Double-checked the host name, username, password, and port number in PT4's database configuration screen.
5. Disabled SSL connections (both on Cloud SQL and PT4 sides).
The network connection appears to be working correctly, but the connection attempt from PT4 is still being refused. Could anyone provide some insight or potential solutions for this issue?
Thank you in advance for your help!
