I need to download Version 4.18.2 ++ can not apply changes

Hi,

My contract is expired and I have to use version 4.18.2

I click in the message with an hiperlink with the supposed executable from the message advertising that my license is expired and I need to download this version but nothing pop up or download.

From where I can get it?

Also if I log in in pokertracker I can't make any changes in site configuration or HUD settings, any change is applied.

I can't play with HUD for now.

If your changes are not saving that sounds like a Windows permissions issue. Make sure you are running things as an administrator and that your PokerTracker 4 folder has the correct permissions:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4

If you do not see the AppData folder in Windows File Explorer then please refer to this guide.

It doesn't work, the only thing that it works is that I can change the settings of the current HUD selected but I can't change it to another one, this is the only change that Pokertracker is keeping.

I still can't change the site configuration so Pokerstars is configurated to 10 seats and I play 6 max so I have no HUD in game (Zoom), I've opened a ticket 2 days ago without response.

Without the specific steps and menu options you are selecting you are taking it's difficult to establish exactly what's going on but you might be misunderstanding how PokerTracker behaves.

Are you doing this via 'HUD -> Edit HUD Profiles'? Anytime you open that screen the HUD profile list is always loaded in alphabetical order (broken down into cash HUD profiles followed by tournament HUD profiles) so if you are expecting it to put a different HUD Profile at the top after applying changes then that isn't how it works. If you make changes to any HUD profile such as adding new statistics then those changes will be saved if you load it again in the HUD Profile Editor but it will not move the position of the HUD Profile in the list (unless you rename it so the alphabetical order changes):

If you want to set what HUD Profile is used on the tables when you are playing then that is setup elsewhere - it is done via 'HUD -> Edit HUD Options -> Profile Select':

Same principle here - whenever you open that window it just loads the 10 seat option first and they are always in the same order - this doesn't mean changes you have made for other table sizes haven't been saved or are not in effect. If you have no HUD at all in Zoom then it is not going to be caused by anything here. If you have no HUD in Zoom are your PokerStars hands importing into PokerTracker 4? Have you clicked 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' in PokerTracker 4? Is PokerStars running in English? We have a guide for getting things setup with PokerStars here:

If everything is setup correctly but the HUD is not working on Zoom tables and is working on normal tables then it's possible there is an issue with the PokerStars install and reinstalling PokerStars can fix that particular problem.
