HUD Not Working

I just installed Poker Tracker and it's configured for Poker Stars. When I login to PS, no HUD appears. What am I doing wrong?

Sorry if this is a stupid question with an easy answer, I am new to the whole using a HUD for online poker!

I tried it but when I opened PS up, still not working. Gong to uninstall PS and redownload it to see if that works.

I have now done the following....

1. Reconfigured the HUD using the setup wizard in Poker Tracker.
2. Shut down and restarted PS and played a few hands.
3. Uninstalled Poker Stars and reinstalled.
4.. Ran set up wizard again on Poker Tracker.
5. After reading your post I found the Troubleshooting guide and made sure I did everything in there, including enabling logging that was not turned on.
6. Played on a play money table for over 60 hands as suggested in the troubleshooting guide

The HUD does not show up still.. However I also have Shark Scope installed and it is not working either so I am starting to wonder if it is a Poker Stars Ontario thing, where the HUD's only work on pookerstars.com and not pokerstars.on..ca?

Another update, Poker Tracker is tracing my hands tonight but no HUD to be found.

I did one more thing and choose to get hands and TADA! IT IS WORKING! :D
