hud in escape winamax hu

Hello, good afternoon, the hud does not work when you are HU on the escape tables in winamax. It picks up your hands but the hud does not update.
Does anyone know how to fix it?

If you are using a PokerTracker 4 version prior to v4.17.13 then you will need to update:

Download PokerTracker 4

If you are using a version of PokerTracker 4 that supports Escape tables then turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue by playing on a table for a few minutes and then attach your support bundle and a screenshot of the table to a Support Ticket. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
