update database error

I update PT4, and after pt4 ask for update database, and in every base there is the same error, i don't know how to fix:

Error updating database: mis manos
Error:
Error: Unable to execute query: Fatal Error; Reason: ERROR: column "some_time" does not exist LINE 6: ... SELECT (CAST (date_part('year', timezone('UTC', some_time)... ^

If i don't update database is not working PT4 in the poker tables.

This issue only happens with very old PostgreSQL versions such as v8.4 which reached its end-of-life in 2014 and is below the minimum required version for PokerTracker 4. To fix the issue you will need to install and use a newer PostgreSQL version and then restore your database(s) - see this guide:

Ok , thank you i did the back up.
But is not finishing, after 2 hours conitnue like this:

It's frozen always in this position, said that back up complete but if i click cancel nothing hapen if i click "x" also become frozen i need to close in task manager PT4, anyways if say that it's complete i can continue after close pt4 in task manager with next step?

As long as the backup file has been created and saved on your computer then you should be OK to proceed.
