Hero HUD not showing on Zoom tables on PokerStars

Hello,

I've had this problem for a long time, now.

Whenever I open my computer in the morning, everything's fine. HUD shows up on every table, as well as for Hero.

But when I close and re-open PokerStars later on in the day, the HUD only shows on 3 tables out of 4, and hero's hud doesn't show.

Assistance needed please. thank you!

So we can investigate that and follow up with you please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. When the issue occurs take a screenshot of the tables, create a support bundle and then attach those to a Support Ticket. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4:
