pt4 time and my country's time

Hello, how can I set the correct time in PT4??

the program is 2 hours ahead
for example
I played a hand with the time and date in Spain
at 10:13 pm on 08/16/2024
and the program says that I played this hand
at 12:13 am on 08/17/2024

how can I make the time in my country match the time in the program?

Hello,

I assume your hand histories are from iPoker, if that isn't the case, please let me know. This situation normally occurs when the timezone is configured incorrectly for iPoker as their hand histories do not specify what timezone is being used so you should set the time in the iPoker lobby to server time and not your local time. Then in PokerTracker 4 go to 'Configure > Sites & Import Options > iPoker' and select the skin you play at, or if it isn't listed one which uses the same server timezone as your skin. Then your hands should import with the correct time.
