Problem with the HUD in Ipoker

Does anyone know why the HUD of my PT4 alias appears in Ipoker? I get my hud and the stats of all my users of my Alias. I have it configured so that the hero's HUD does not appear and in the other rooms it works perfectly.

Also Pt4 doesnt recognize my prefered seat and the all the HUDs dont appear on the specific player. I saved all days the layouts and the next day it change alone. This is something that only occurs on tables of 7max-8max and PKO tournaments. On 6-max the HUD works fine.

So we can see what's going on here please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue by playing on a table or two for a few minutes and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket along with the hand history files from your poker site those tables. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4:
