Pokerking / WPN / ACR not importing Hands/Tournaments

Hello all

Me and some other friends have realized some problems importing hands from Pokerking (WPN Skin). HUD works fine but then it disappears or it simply doesn´t upload the hands played automattically. We have also noted that a lot of games are missing on sharkscope also since day 1 of this month. Sharkscope apparently says its some kind of a bug and that they are working on it

Does anyone know if there is any way to fix this? Importation folders have not change. Only thing was some kind of update on WPN early this week but it didn´t affect any hand history after that, only now from these past two days

I am not seeing any other similar reports at this time so can you please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue you've described and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4:
