hands not showing in database/play poker window

I've had PT for 2 years now and the hands have never showed in the database window like they should and I can't mark handsI'm playing on Pokerstars .

In your screenshot you currently have '2 Tags Selected' so to see new hands you will need to clear that filter by deselecting the currently active tags (the ones with the black checkmark):
