HUD resets mid session on pokerstars

Hello,

I have the latest PT4v but the HUD is playing up during cash session.

Eg: I'm playing and have 56 hands on a player, then randomly it tells me I only have 8 hands and then a while later it will revert back to full sample.

Why is this happening? It's quite frustrating when I lose some samples for decisions.

That can happen when HUD filters are being used. For example if the HUD is configured to filter data based on the number of players dealt into a hand then the sample of hands displayed can change based on that:
