Not working for Bovada anymore

I had the common issue with the last version where Ignition hands weren't showing up on the correct date. But they were still importing and the HUD was working. Now, nothing. I open Ignition tables and play, have PT running, and it just isn't finding the tables or doing anything. Not importing, no HUD. No error message, just not finding the tables for some reason.

Same problem for iPoker. Iam playing on Czech skin from Fortuna. Yesterday was ok. Today no importing probably after new version of PT.

I am not currently seeing any similar reports and many users have reported that PokerTracker v4.18.1 has resolved the issue for them. So we can see what's going on here and advise you accordingly please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this problem and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can assist further after reviewing your logs. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
