export hands only hero

Hello good morning.
I have imported many hands played by other players into my database.
Hands that I am not at the table, I have many imported hands.

I would like to know how to export only the hands that I have played,
know how to export only hero hands
Is there any option to do this?

Go to 'Database -> Export Hands' and make sure the correct player is selected at the bottom of the export window. On the 'Sessions' tab for cash games or the 'Tournament' tab for tournaments use the CTRL-A keyboard shortcut to select all sessions/tournaments and then click on 'Export Hands'.
