PT4 x64, new update and 888poker crashing


is anyone having crashes from 888poker since las PT4 update to 64bits??
all other sites working........but 888poker crashes.........

it keeps crashing every once in while..........it says "error connection" but all other sites work perfectly...........CPU ussage from 888 sky rockets.........and i have to force closing........
again.......all other sites work perfectly etc......

this started hapenning when PT4 updated to 64bits

is there any way to revert it? or will it mess it up??since its previous one was 32bits?? i'm really frustrated it keeps crashing every once in a while.......and all other sites work perfectly meanwhile i have to force closing of 888poker

is it recomended to roll back? or does it generate many issues??
also........been checking and still using POSTGRES SQL 9.3............should i update?? or be the cause of lagging and crashing ???

again it's only 888poker...

I don't see any other reports of 888 crashes and I don't know what could be causing that in your case so please open a Support Ticket where a technician can follow up on this with you:

As you haven't updated PostgreSQL beyond v12 you can safely revert to PokerTracker v4.17.15 here. If you are not playing Snap you can also try disabling the Snap HUD via 'Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> 888 Poker'. Let us know in the ticket if these changes help with the crashing or not.

I'd recommend upgrading to at least PostgreSQL v12 since PostgreSQL v9.3 reached its end-of-life in 2018. We have a guide for upgrading here:

Bear in mind if you are going upgrade to PostgreSQL v16 then that version is only compatible with PokerTracker v4.18.
