there is a conflict with the hands played in Blitz the won hands come out as lost in my c won and vice versa

Go to 'Database -> Currency', select any sessions/tournaments which have an exchange rate of -1 and click the 'Set Rates' button to fetch the correct exchange rates. Note that you can select a range of rows by holding shift and clicking the start/end and you can also select multiple ones individually by holding CTRL and selecting. If you have updated to PokerTracker v4.18 then this might be a side effect of an issue where ACR hands are importing with an incorrect time so if that's the case please open a Support Ticket so we can notify you when a fix is available. In the meantime you can revert to PokerTracker v4.17.15 here (unless you have also updated PostgreSQL beyond v12) where new hands will import with the correct time again. Unfortunately this will not fix the times on hands that have already been imported - they will need to be purged from the database and reimported.
