PT4 lagging?

I play on ipoker and lately PT4 has been slow to show the opponents hole cards after the hand in the PT4 (pop up). Also It is very slow (if it does at all) to give me the option to mark my previous hands to review for later. Is anyone else having this problem or know why this would be happening?
I've played on this site for a couple months with no problem until lately. I also use intuitive tables while playing.

It's possible there is an issue with the database so in PokerTracker go 'Database -> Database Management'. Click the 'Housekeeping' button and run the following in this order:

1. Tune PostgreSQL (this only needs to be completed once. If this step fails you can proceed to step #2)
2. Reindex
3. Cluster
4. Vacuum/Analyze

If that doesn't improve things turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue you've described and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.

I have done steps 1-4 and the problem continued. I then enabled logging and restarted PT4. I then played another poker session. However I am unsure of what/how to attach anything to my "support bundle".
May I have you describe how I take the next steps in fixing this issue.
