hands dont show

hands are tracked but not showing under the play poker tab while im playing.

On what poker site is this?

Do you see the hands in the 'View Stats' section?

If you do have they imported with the correct timestamp or not?

on ignition and acr. one hand on ignition the timestamp says 6/15/24 9:41 on ignition it says 6/16/24 01:42:17

This is a known issue. ACR and Ignition hands are importing with the wrong time in PokerTracker v4.18 - please open a Support Ticket so we can notify you when a fix is available. In the meantime you can revert to PokerTracker v4.17.15 here (unless you have also updated PostgreSQL beyond v12) where new hands will import with the correct time again. Unfortunately this will not fix hands that have already been imported - they will need to be purged from the database and reimported.

You said you could see the hands on the 'View Stats' tab when I asked. Are you still referring to not seeing hands on the 'Play Poker' tab?

Did you update to PokerTracker v4.18? There is a known issue with ACR and Ignition hands using this version - they can import with the wrong time. Regarding the hands on the 'View Stats' tab I asked if they imported with the correct timestamp or not and while you provided the timestamps you didn't mention if they were correct or not. Do the dates/times on the hands in PokerTracker 4 match the dates/times they were actually played?

Due to the issue with PokerTracker v4.18 if the hands are importing with a different date/time then a side effect of that might be not seeing hands on the 'Play Poker' tab. For example if you play on the 15th June but the hands are importing with an earlier timestamp on the 14th then you will not see them in the 'Play Poker' section as that report only displays hands from the current day.

no i am not seeing them in play poker tab
i always update when it tells me to. i dont know which version i have..
it was not the correct time stamp. no they do not match the time it was played.
the hand example i gave the pt4 time was off by 4hrs
