PT4 importing from directory is disgusting

I took time reading older post from 10 years ago up to newer ones about how so slooooooooooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww is the import from directory.

I bought a new pc ryzen 5 with 16rams ssd and also a gtx 1650 video gpu

whatever I do small chunks big chunks it takes AGES to import something in between 40 to 60 tops h/s

I mean seriously this program is paid and in 10 years HASN'T GOTTEN ANY BETTER why you guys can't get better developers or databases to improve this functionality I'm at the edge of changing to holdem manager

So we can see what's going on here and advise you accordingly please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options', restart PokerTracker 4 and import some hands. Next attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket along with a compressed sample of the hands being imported. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.

Before I do all this nonsense stuff that you ask everyone to do and the results is always slow import speed. What would be the "correct" speed of import for a computer with the caractheristics I detailed previously? 100/200/300 h/s?

There isn't an import speed I can give you as it can vary depending on many different factors and unfortunately I don't have access to a suite of different hardware configurations for testing purposes. If you are looking for feedback on your own import speeds you'll need to open a Support Ticket with your support bundle and a sample of hand histories. Thank you.
