Villain cards not showing on Chico hands

So, I use Hand2Note to get my Chico hands. I then export them to PokerTracker so I can see my stats for all sites. The hands import OK, but for whatever reason, PokerTracker doesn't show my opponent's cards when I do the hand history or replay, even though it's clearly displayed in the hand history text. Here's an example hand:
