PT4 won't connect to PostgreSQL

Hi,

i've been messing about with my directories and I don't know what I did anymore - I have basically uninstalled everything (including PostgreSQL). Ok so it's a blank slate. I've tried to download PT4. But now it's saying it can't connect to PostgreSQL. How can I get PT4 to work again? I don't care for my old data I just want to start afresh.

If you haven't reinstalled PostgreSQL then please manually download and install PostgreSQL v12 - see this guide.
